Have A Claim?

If something’s happened, here’s what to do right now

  1. Make sure everyone’s safe. Deal with anything urgent, injuries, fire, security, before anything else.
  2. Document what you can, if it’s safe to. A couple of photos, a quick note of what happened and when, names of anyone else involved or who saw it.
  3. Report it, even without every detail. Partial information now beats complete information next week. Insurers can treat a slow report as a strike against the claim later, so don’t wait to have the full picture before you call.

How to reach us

  • Emergency or anything urgent: call us directly at (306) 653-2233.
  • Everything else: our online claim form takes a few minutes and gets the same result, on your own schedule.

What to have ready

Having these on hand speeds things up, but don’t hold off calling just because you’re missing one.

  • Your policy number
  • Date, time, and location of what happened
  • A short description of what happened
  • Photos, if it was safe to take them
  • Names and contact info for anyone else involved or who saw it
  • A police, fire, or incident report number, if one exists

What happens after you report it

  • We confirm what’s been submitted and flag anything still needed
  • Straightforward claims (clear damage, an estimate in hand) usually move in days
  • Anything with an investigation, a dispute, or more than one party involved takes longer, sometimes weeks. That’s the process working properly, not a sign something’s wrong
  • We stay involved the whole way, not just at the start. If something stalls or a response doesn’t line up with your policy, we’re the ones who follow up on it
