What Does a CustomCare Plan Cost?

There is a onetime set-up fee of $295 (plus tax), but this will be reduced to $195 (plus tax) with a Butler Byers promotional code: BB195. CustomCare is a pay-per-use-plan, meaning there are no monthly premiums. You only pay a small 10% admin fee per claim. If your employees don’t make claims, your organization pays nothing.
